WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
This class is for painters of all levels, working in oils, pastels or acrylics.

"I want to get all painters in this workshop to work on strengthening their current abilities, by recognizing any bad habits, and seeing a, perhaps, better system for simplifying the whole painting process.  I will demonstrate all my suggestions and shortcuts to this process each day. There will be tons of information given each day and we will stress the importance of making the process enjoyable and fun. Enjoy this 2 day painting experience."

You will study the basic elements of paintings - Drawing-Shape, Value, Temperature of Color, & Edges. Tom will demonstrate and teach his 6 C's.... Content, Concept, Composition, Craftsmanship, Color, and Center of Interest. We will discuss the different stages of a painting from start to finish.  You will go home with a portfolio of valuable exercises that you can refer back to as you move forward in your own painting process.
